Tower English 2017 Calendar

Here is the 2017 Calendar at Tower English. See you next year!

Merry Christmas 2016!

We had a wonderful time last week with the real Santa Claus who flew in from Las Vegas specially to be with us and the children of the playgroup.

All this week we have been holding Christmas parties with the big kids and today is the last day of classes this year, so we just have enough time to wish all current and former students a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Speech Day 2016 a great success

Congratulations to the 80 children who took part in the Tower English 2016 Speech Day.

From golfers to ukulele players, magicians to Taylor Swift fans and would-be Fuji TV announcers, everyone spoke about their passions, so it was hard to pick out any "winners" but we had only a limited number of prizes, so we picked the following to receive book tokens: Mutsuno, Eishin, Sana, Ryuichi and Aoi, and the three to receive Disneyland tickets were Yamato, Sayaka and Ami.

Well done everyone!

Valentine Pancake Week 2016 at Tower English

At Tower English we try to teach as much useful English as possible, and around Valentine's Day that means learning English by making pancakes.

"Can I have a pancake please?" "How many eggs do we need?" "Where is the chocolate sauce?" are the kinds of questions and answers that all Kindergarten and elementary school children practise through making their own pancakes.

And of course the most important English vocabulary: "Mmmm, delicious!"
