Valentine's Day Lunch is coming up!

毎年恒例のバレンタインデー・ランチ、今年は２月１１日です。

今年も我孫子の美味しいカレーやさん、ハリオンでデートです。

当日は、ネパールで英語の先生をしていたウェイターさんに来てもらい、

子供達がそれぞれ英語で注文し、ウェイターさんに英語で質問タイム、最後はお会計も英語で頑張ってもらいます。毎年面白い質問が出て来て、大笑いさせてもらっています。

使える英語ってホントにこの事だなーと実感する場です。

Say hello to our 500th playgroup student

Here he is, the 500th child to attend our playgroup, with his mum.

Taisei, 2, of Abiko, won an ABC puzzle, a small gift from us to say thank you to all the children and mothers who have made the playgroup such a success.

Mrs Sherriff does try to remember every kid's name, but with 500, it's getting harder and harder...

プレイグループのお友達が５００人に達しました！！

たいせいくんが５００人目のお友達です。おめでとう。

時間を作って参加してくれる皆さん、ありがとうございます。

できる限り、お子さんの名前を覚えようと必死ですが、段々難しくなってきました。

これからも英語大好きキッズを誕生させていきたいと思っています。

４月生募集ー新幼稚園年少クラス

４月からスタート予定の幼稚園年少クラスの体験レッスンは以下のようになります。

体験ご希望の方は予約ください。

定員は１クラス８名程とさせていただきます。

体験レッスン後、翌週より毎週金曜／火曜にて同じ時間にてレッスンをスタートします。

Who will be number 500?

On Friday, the 499th child came to our playgroup... so the next new student will be number 500. It's amazing to me, it seems like yesterday that we opened our doors to our first student. But here we are, three years later, and we are lucky to have met so many of Abiko's youngest generation.

The playgroup is closed on Wednesday 19th of January but we will be open on Friday 21st.

See you then, Number 500?

１４日のプレイグループに４９９人目のお友達が来てくれました。２００７年１０月にスタートしたプレイグループですが、とうとう５００人目に到達しようとしています。ありがとう！！スタートした頃に来てくれていた子供達も４月から小学校です。早いものですね。

子供達の成長を一緒に見届けられるというのは、本当に嬉しい限りです。

１月１９日（水）のプレイグループはお休みです！！
